Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel in Stone Mountain Park, and while I enjoyed the lovely outdoor activities and pet-friendly environment, I found some aspects needing improvement. The rooms were decent but not up to par with my expectations for the price, and the dining options felt overpriced for what was provided. Overall, it was a nice short stay with some pleasant highlights, but there were certainly areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was highlighted by superb views of the lake and excellent customer service. The dining experience stood out thanks to the delicious breakfast, although some aspects of room maintenance left a bit to be desired. Overall, it provided good value for a getaway, with plenty of activities nearby, but I'd recommend management address some of the cleanliness issues.
The location of the hotel at Stone Mountain Park offers incredible opportunities for outdoor activities, but the overall experience was marred by poor service and dining options. While the resort has some beautiful clean facilities and amenities, guests may find themselves feeling nickel-and-dimed during their stay. The views were indeed stunning, which is a definite highlight, but some aspects, particularly dining, left much to be desired.
While the hotel is located in a great area near the beautiful Stone Mountain Park, my stay was marred by numerous cleanliness issues in the room and poor service during peak times. The breathtaking views of the lake were a highlight, but the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it felt overpriced for the experience we received.
The resort has stunning views that enhance your stay and a variety of outdoor activities to explore. However, the housekeeping service was inconsistent and left me frustrated, especially for the price I paid. The dining options were also a letdown, particularly room service, which took too long to deliver and wasn't very satisfying.
